Dont hate on the ASMR stuff man. Theres a bunch of different types of ASMR, and some of them are relaxing as hell. It just a bunch of visual and audio cues that release a certain chemical in your brain and gives you those "tingles" in the back of your head. Some people actually dont get those tingles at all, which is sad, cause some of those videos put me to sleep in like minutes.
